What qualifies as an accredited investor?
- Individuals may qualify as accredited investors based on wealth and income thresholds, as well as other measures of financial sophistication. Here are the SEC guidelines for an accredited investor or qualified purchaser.
What is a Syndicate?
- A syndicate is group of investors that are given the opportunity to invest in companies on a deal-by-deal basis. A deal is done by pooling together capital into a special purpose vehicle.
- There is no commitment to invest in deals when you join a syndicate.
What kind of deals does Bulletpitch+ do?
- Our sweet spot is to be one of the, if not the first check. We are pre-seed through seed investors. Additionally, we are industry and geography agnostic.
What's your average check size?
- $100-200k
Bulletpitch+ investment fee structure?
- Should you decide to invest in any deal we do, we do not take management fees on deals below $200k in allocation. We only charge blue sky fees based on the state you invest from. These fees are around $200 on average.

What differentiates us?

- Relationships with founders. Brett has worked with, thrown events for, and gotten to know hundreds of founders personally. He's gotten to know these founders as people (not just CEOs.)
- Relationships with investors. Brett talks to dozens of investors weekly to catch up on everything from deal flow to diligence. This ultimately gives Bulletpitch+ the ability to bring VCs opportunities and to invest alongside the deals of top-tier firms.
How much will I be able to invest?
- Investment minimums and maximums will vary on a deal-by-deal basis. Typically, we'd expect minimums to be $5k-$10k
*Eligible participants must be accredited investors whether they participate as an individual, trust, company, or fund. Bulletpitch Plus (1528 Investments) acts as a separate entity from Bulletpitch LLC and entered into a name licensing and web hosting agreement.
